Capital Press wins awards

The Capital Press received several awards from the American Agricultural Editors’ Association during the Ag Media Summit held in Louisville, Kentucky.
On July 31, AAEA presented the following awards:
Breaking news category, first place to Bob Krauter for “Freeze damage is significant, assessment will take days.”
Web design: Commercial, first place to Gary West.
In the photography categories:
Portrait/personality: Third place, Mark Rozin.
Pictorial: Honorable mention, Mark Rozin.
Nuts and bolts, livestock: First place, as well as an honorable mention: Mark Rozin.
Nuts and bolts, crops: Two honorable mentions, Mark Rozin.
Picture story, essay, sequence: Second place, Mark Rozin.
Photographer of the Year: Mark Rozin
Master Photographer award: Mark Rozin.
