The total value of Idaho's 2011 crops increased well above the national average, according to USDA estimates. Excluding fruits and nuts, Idaho's 2011 crops increased 25 percent in value from the previous year to $3.79 billion, the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service estimated.
